+ Oversee and maintain the Material Enablement Report by ensuring it is updated and reviewed weekly or as necessary.

+ Manage BOM extraction using the SAP Extractor Macro to consolidate multiple top-level BOMs into a single, organized report, filtering only for purchased parts to maintain accurate material visibility.

+ Analyze inventory data by downloading the latest inventory from SAP (ZMM_INV01) and COOIS reports. Assess parts issuance status and material availability, identifying potential shortages that may impact production timelines.
