Senior Analyst, Merger & Acquisition

About the Team:
You will be part of Sea’s HQ Finance department, which plays an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core businesses (Garena, Shopee, Monee) and across our diverse regional market presence.
Within the department, Merger & Acquisition, you will be supporting investment projects across three core businesses. You will be actively involved in various stages of the deal process, from preliminary assessment to execution, documentation, and closing.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and skills in the financial aspects of transactions, supported by well-rounded accounting and finance experience. You should have a proven ability to deliver high-quality insights under tight timelines and be capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
