**Senior Payroll Analyst**

The Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible for input, oversight, and management of all payroll related matters across ABC News, primarily supporting the Freelance population reporting into Production Operations. Provides guidance and assistance for CATS issues. Responsible for oversight, implementation and compliance of all Federal, State, Local and Union pay laws/regulations.

The Senior Payroll Analyst is the go-to expert for all payroll-related functions and ensures timely accurate processing, compliance with labor regulations, and support for internal and external audits. This role works closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Labor Relations and department leaders across the business to support a wide range of payroll and HR needs. Plays a key role in onboarding new Freelance hires, both union and nonunion. Coordinates with Enterprise Partners on pay impact changes at business level to PSA’s, CBA’s, and Local laws.
