Senior Analyst, Performance Management

Overview

Role Purpose: To forecast, analyze, control, and produce the Operation Performance Report and represent BTW in division meetings for Below-the-Wing Management, and formulate process improvements that comply with Business Rules, Standard Operating Procedures, Service Level Agreements, and Safety & Security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with set standards by achieving high productivity and efficiency in manpower planning and rostering for analysts.
• Collaborate to achieve customer service objectives within the approved budget and the customer airlines' requirements.
• Prepare, produce and track an operations performance report regarding resources to meet ADS key operations performance targets.
• Ensure on-time performance.
