Our Client, BRK Capital , is looking for a Senior Analyst, Private Markets to join their dynamic team.

Based in our downtown Montreal office, the incumbentwill report to the President & Chief Investment Officer and will be responsible for assisting in the execution of the Company’s private markets investment strategy, primarily through the evaluation, due diligence, recommendation, and monitoring of relevant opportunities.

• Strong academic credentials, including a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• CFA, CPA, or CAIA is an asset
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in private markets investing, corporate finance, or M&A
• Co-investment or direct private equity deal experience would be an asset
• Extensive knowledge of and ability to conduct financial modeling and business valuations
