The Senior Analyst, Production Solutions for Cut Sheet and Wide Format is the technical lead for both pre‑sales and post‑sales implementation of Ricoh’s solutions portfolio. This expert‑level position requires deep expertise in integrated solutions, including hardware, enablement, and standalone software and services. The Senior Analyst is also a subject‑matter expert in specific areas such as cut sheet, colour management, and other specialized disciplines. The role engages early in the sales cycle to assess customer workflow goals, demonstrate solutions, provide basic project management of implementations, and train customers.
