**About the Role/The Team:** This role presents an opportunity to contribute to a team at the forefront of ratings innovation. Financial markets are constantly evolving, and S&P is creating a team to ensure we can provide our credit opinions in a timely fashion on new and innovative structures and risks. The primary focus area is Structured Finance. The team will be responsible for market engagement and education, executing new rating engagements and publishing research.

**Responsibilities and Impact** :

+ Analyze credit quality, review performance data, credit models, underwriting criteria, and macroeconomic and sector factors on structured finance transactions.
+ Serve as a primary analyst on new issue and surveillance transactions, completing the end-to-end ratings process. Perform cash flow analysis and synthesize results in a timely manner for rating committees.
