Senior Analyst

Finance lead for HRS & Office Services teams.

Lead and execute month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and cost centre reporting.

Prepare variance analysis and commentary comparing actuals to budget and forecast

Present financial results and insights to business groups, ensuring clarity and alignment with operational goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop monthly financial forecasts and support the annual budgeting process for both expense and capital planning.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), highlight trends and changes monthly.

Support the Biannual allocation model process.

Responsible for preparing intercompany billings and month end intercompany journal entries.

Respond to financial requests from senior management and perform additional duties as required.
