The Global Compensation team is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving global compensation programs, tools, and initiatives—such as market intelligence, the annual year-end process, incentive management, the global job framework, and job evaluation. These efforts are aligned with TE’s internal strategies and external market conditions to attract, retain, and motivate talent worldwide. The team also leads the evaluation of total rewards cost containment strategies and recommends enhancements to ensure both effectiveness and sustainability.
