Senior API Integration Lead

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Integration Lead to design and deliver the console’s data ingestion and integration layer, enabling reliable data collection from multiple sources (e.g., CMDB, monitoring, ticketing, inventory, cloud services, operational stores). This role will define integration patterns that ensure data is accurate, timely, traceable, and resilient—supporting persona-based views that depend on consistent and trustworthy information.
The Senior Integration Lead will establish standards for connectors/adapters, canonical data modeling, data quality controls, and integration testing, while partnering with UI and BFF/API teams to ensure the console delivers cohesive, actionable experiences.
This role is ideal for an engineer who can bridge API design, distributed systems, and data quality practices—while also owning troubleshooting and operational reliability across integrations.
