Senior Apple Systems & Workspace Administrator

ROLE OVERVIEW

Summary:

• Own full lifecycle management and day-to-day IT operations for Point Manila and globally, with a focus on Apple/macOS device management using Jamf Pro and Google Workspace administration.
• Lead OS/software patching, security policy enforcement, and automation of provisioning and deployment workflows.
• Leverage and evaluate AI tools to improve IT operational efficiency and team productivity.
• Ensure deliverables are met for IT support inquiries and projects for all Point staff globally.
• Possible split schedule between US Pacific Time hours and Manila hours to allow for working with local Manila vendors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
