Senior Application Engineer – OpenText AppWorks

We are seeking an experienced L3 Application Support / Senior Application Engineer with strong expertise in OpenText AppWorks. The candidate will be responsible for advanced application support, troubleshooting, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications. The role requires hands-on experience with MS SQL, Java, JavaScript, Angular, and working across Windows and Linux environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L3-level application support for OpenText AppWorks-based applications.
Analyze and resolve complex production issues, including performance and stability problems.
Design, develop, and enhance applications using Java, JavaScript, and Angular.
Perform database-related activities using MS SQL, including query optimization and data analysis.
Work closely with L2 teams to resolve escalated issues and provide root cause analysis (RCA).
