Senior Application Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of reader devices and security detection technology on from R&D concept to industrial scale.
• Perform DOE of measurements and simulations and compile insights into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to design and manufacture next-generation detection units.
• Improve existing technologies and develop new measurement methods to ensure top-tier detection performance.
• Provide technical training and support to clients and be Point of Contact. 
• Manage a R&D lab, guide your team's growth, and ensure projects stay on track and deliver exceptional results.
• Prepare clear, compelling demonstrations for stakeholders and potential clients.
• Oversee rapid development of POCs for concept validation.
• Report findings to management and stakeholders with clarity and precision.
