About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Engineer to join our global technology operations team. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of mission-critical trading platforms used by front-office and business users. You will act as a senior escalation point, technical leader, and deputy to the regional team lead, supporting production environments across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support trading applications across staging and production environments, ensuring system availability, performance, and stability.
Act as Level 2/3 support, troubleshooting complex incidents escalated by business and technical teams.
Perform application deployments, upgrades, fixes, and environment builds following established change and release processes.
