Senior Application Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities.
• Prepare detailed functional and technical design documents to support solution delivery.
• Design, develop, and implement code; conduct UAT; and participate in release planning and rollout activities.
• Share technical and functional Clarity knowledge with team members to foster continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with the established Change Request process for Clarity system enhancements.
• Participate in software upgrades, patch installations, and add-in implementations.
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests via ServiceNow and email.
• Lead initiatives to optimize processes related to change management and incident resolution.
• Commit to ongoing professional development to meet evolving business and technology needs.
