Senior Application Support

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities.
Prepare detailed functional and technical design documents to support solution delivery.
Design, develop, and implement code; conduct UAT; and participate in release planning and rollout activities.
Share technical and functional Clarity knowledge with team members to foster continuous learning.
Ensure compliance with the established Change Request process for Clarity system enhancements.
Participate in software upgrades, patch installations, and add-in implementations.
Manage and resolve incidents and service requests via ServiceNow and email.
Lead initiatives to optimize processes related to change management and incident resolution.
Commit to ongoing professional development to meet evolving business and technology needs.
