Responsibilities

8+ Leading the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and user-centric SaaS solutions (legacy application modernization)

8+ Defining and maintaining solution architectures that enable hybrid integration across SaaS platforms, legacy applications, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure).

8+ Translating complex business requirements into modular application designs, leveraging configuration over customization within platforms like ServiceNow and OpenText.

8+ Designing and overseeing integrations between SaaS platforms and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, procurement platforms, vendor portals) using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native integration frameworks.
