Senior Power Electronics Controls Engineer

A multinational company is looking to hire a  Power Electronics Controls Engineer  to join their team in Ireland who will develop customer power control architecture and control algorithms for low-power converters and semiconductor devices.

Responsibilities of the role

As well as developing control algorithms for power electronics, your other duties will include the following:

Generate documentation and customer applications.

Define custom system specifications.

Develop PCBs and customer tools

Design optimisation

Performance validation and customer support

To be considered for this  Power Electronics Controls Engineer,  you will require a proven background in the following:

Power Converters.

Control Architectures

System simulation + Algorithms: MATLAB and Simulink.
