                    Key Responsibilities  Manage enterprise software applications and business‑critical systems. 
Lead software development, implementation, and support teams. 
Oversee application lifecycle management including upgrades, patches, and maintenance. 
Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and improve application functionality. 
Ensure application availability, performance, security, and scalability. 
Manage incidents, problem resolution, and change management activities. 
Monitor application KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance. 
Support digital transformation and automation initiatives. 
Manage vendor coordination and third‑party software support.
