Bruker’s BNSM Division is the leader in advanced AFM, WLI (White Light Interferometry), Photomask Repair and X-ray technologies including XRR (X-ray reflectometry), XRF (X-ray fluorescence), XRD (X-ray diffraction), XRDI (X-ray diffraction imaging), and & NI (Nano Indentation) technologies. We are looking for a talented scientist to join BNSM in Korea/Hwasung, Pyeongtaek, Cheonan and Cheongju/Icheon to introduce and establish a X-ray based XRF, XRR & XRD metrology technology for the semiconductor industry.
