1. Serve as an expert for the software product and provide expertise to medicinal chemists on their drug design projects.
2. Assist with customer onboarding, deliver highly technical product training, and ensure usage of the tool post implementation.
3. Collaborate with sales and demonstrate product concepts, training, and product design guidance.
4. Create scientific and marketing presentations to illustrate the value and differentiation to the customers.
5. Make product feature design recommendations to the engineering team and address their technical questions.
