The Job:
A great opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, family-run arable farm. The business operates across approximately 1800 acres of arable land and is looking to strengthen the team with a reliable, hands-on individual.
This is a varied role offering involvement in day-to-day arable operations, machinery work, and general farm duties, with the potential for long-term development.

Key responsibilities:
- Day-to-day support across a 400-acre arable farm
- Operating machinery including tractors, sprayers, combines, and cultivation equipment
- Carrying out spraying operations in line with best practice
- Supporting drilling, spraying, and harvest activities
- Hedge cutting, fencing, and general farm maintenance
