Overview
At Pond, we are seeking a Senior Architect with experience in developing architectural projects under U.S. codes and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in preparing architectural designs, drawings, and bid packages, following design guides and templates, selecting materials, and developing construction details that ensure understanding of these elements and construction methods. This role also involves mentoring and supporting the professional development of junior and mid-level architects, as well as collaborating on proposal preparation. Success in this role requires solid knowledge of residential, hospitality, and industrial projects.
