Senior Architect (Design Coordination & Management)

Role Objective

The Senior Architect will serve as the primary technical and design interface between the central leadership and various project teams. To oversee the architectural integrity of high-scale institutional projects, ensuring that designs for schools, universities, and hospitals are functional, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Review & Oversight: Lead the review of architectural plans, sections, and details for institutional buildings. Ensure compliance with safety standards, campus master plans, and healthcare-specific regulations.
• Centralized Coordination: Act as the central hub for multiple projects. Coordinate seamlessly with external Architects, Consultants (MEP, Structural), and Designers to ensure drawing consistency and resolve design conflicts before they reach the site.
