Senior Architect / Design Manager

Key Responsibilities Design Management & Coordination Lead the overall design management for all ongoing and upcoming projects. Manage and coordinate with external design consultants, architects, and engineers. Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and technical submissions. Ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project stages. Consultant Deliverables Review Review all consultant deliverables including concept, schematic, detailed design, and IFC packages. Ensure design quality, completeness, and compliance with project requirements. Identify gaps, discrepancies, and risks in design submissions and initiate corrective actions. Design Changes & Value Engineering Lead design change management processes across projects. Propose and implement value engineering solutions to optimize cost without compromising quality.
