Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating with all consultants regarding plan-related and billing concerns, including scheduling and availability for meetings.
• Ensure that projects remain on schedule during the design phase.
• Review and check deliverables from consultants and the in-house team to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Conduct technical research, document findings, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
• Assist in consolidating project issues, concerns, and pending deliverables for coordination meetings with other departments.
• Assist in the development of concept and schematic designs.
• Produce architectural plans, including permit drawings, bidding plans, and construction drawings, as needed.
• Assist in verifying necessary information for the Planning, Design, and Engineering groups, including benchmark studies.
