Senior Architect

The Senior Architect is responsible from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaising with Managing Director, Design Principal, Operations, Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Vendor / Suppliers, and other employees / departments (where appropriate)
Overseeing the assigned Interior Design Projects (overall, including adaptation of budget and adherence to timelines)
Overseeing the design for a client and ensuring that the design fits within the Client's expectations and requirements
Maintaining the Project's overall design direction and aesthetic
Managing the delivery and deliverables of the Project
Managing and mentoring more junior design staff
Responsible in the effective presentation of design proposals to the client.
Assist in the preparation of preparation of Professional Design Contract Proposals for Interior Design Projects.
