Senior Architect

The
Senior Architect
is responsible from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaising with Managing Director, Design Principal, Operations, Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Vendor / Suppliers, and other employees / departments (where appropriate)
• Overseeing the assigned Interior Design Projects (overall, including adaptation of budget and adherence to timelines)
• Overseeing the design for a client and ensuring that the design fits within the Client's expectations and requirements
• Maintaining the Project's overall design direction and aesthetic
• Managing the delivery and deliverables of the Project
• Managing and mentoring more junior design staff
• Responsible in the effective presentation of design proposals to the client.
