• Have years of experience in vertical and horizontal projects (commercial and residential)
• Have experience in residential projects.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge and experience in design and construction phases of projects.
• Handled multiple projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Efficiently oversees project budgets and schedules, ensuring cost control, timely delivery, and adherence to approved financial and timeline targets.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Architecture
• Registered and Licensed Architect
• Have relevant experience in Architecture
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
