Senior Architect

Responsibilities:
Determine project goals to ensure the project supports business objectives and strategies.
Assist Project Lead in project administration and design issues.
Lead and manage a team of architectural personnel to ensure efficient use of resources.
Prepare schedules (using Microsoft project or equivalent is preferred) and monitor project milestones.
Track project deliverable and ensure projects are completed within budget and meets an acceptable quality standard.
Ensure timely submission to all deadline commitment.
Liaise and coordinate with consultants on all specific design, building requirement and code compliance.
Coordinate all disciplines involved in projects (e.g. architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical, interior design and landscaping, etc) from design stage to completion.
Document, control and manage issuances of changes.
