Job Description

  1. Determine project goals to ensure the project supports business objectives and strategies.
  2. Assist Project Lead in project administration and design issues.
  3. Lead and manage a team of architectural personnel to ensure efficient use of resources.
  4. Prepare schedules and monitor project milestones.
  5. Track project deliverables and ensure projects are completed within budget and meet an acceptable quality standard.
  6. Ensure timely submission to all deadline commitments.
  7. Liaise and coordinate with consultants on all specific design, building requirements and code compliance.
  8. Coordinate all disciplines involved in projects (e.g. architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical, interior design and landscaping, etc) from design stage to completion.
  9. Document, control and manage issuances of changes.
