Job Description
Be a pivotal part of AECOM's architectural team as a Senior Architect in Ottawa, ON, focusing on Alternative Delivery methods. Lead designs and maintain client engagement through all project phases.
This key role seeks a licensed architect holding a Bachelor's degree, presenting over six years of relevant experience in complex projects, especially with Design-Build and P3 methods. You will steer project delivery and ensure that design intent is maintained while overseeing team members and external collaborators.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee architectural designs and project deliveries • Establish solid relationships with clients and stakeholders • Develop and review design documents and cost estimates • Mentor junior staff in technical aspects of architecture • Ensure compliance with Ontario Building Code regulations
