Key Responsibilities

• Your general role and responsibilities will involve work in a BIM environment.
• Assist the Project Director/Architect to execute the overall design and management strategy within the project team.
• Assist the Project Director/Architect with all aspects of the project, including design, technical compliance, building contract administration and project implementation. Ensure project aligns with cost, resource plans, timelines, quality and regulatory standards.
• Assist the Project Director/Associate to coordinate detailed design development efforts and prepare drawings, documentation and specifications fit for Authority Submission, Tender and Construction documentation in accordance with building codes, Authority guidelines, company standards and project and client requirements.
