Senior Architectural Executive

1. Conceptualize concept and schematic design.
2. Ensure design quality and authority compliance.
3. Carry out feasibility studies and present design proposal.
4. Prepare tender documentation, schedule and material specification.
5. Liaise and discuss project-relevant issue with client and coordinate with consultant and contractor.
6. Oversee progress of site work and resolve any arising issue.
7. Develop idea, keeping in mind of client need, building usage and environmental impact.
8. Identify client need and put together feasibility report and design proposal.
9. Make on site visit to check on project status, report on project.
