Senior Architectural Executive

Your Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director / Associate / Architect to execute the overall design and management strategy within the project team

• Assist the Project Director / Associate / Architect in all coordination works, provide leadership, and co-ordinate the input and output of all involved parties to meet established objectives

• Review designs and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements

• Maintain overall project timelines by closely monitoring the team's output and making regular assessments of progress in meeting declared objectives

• Assist with business development for prospective clients

• Participate in initiatives to improve the practice and incorporate environmental sustainability best practices

• For Architects, perform the responsibilities of a Qualified Person in accordance with Singapore's Building Control Act
