Senior Area Collector

The primary role of the Senior Account Officer (SAO) is responsible for the execution of activities, prospecting, gathering information about markets and clients; market and sell loan product (both RL and GL clients) and other services of the company, and ensure that all payment terms and conditions stipulated in the Loan Agreement will be followed by the client and the amount to be settled will be closed on time. The SAOs are also required to grow and retain existing client base and ensure portfolio quality through effective and efficient collection method.

Qualification:

• With sales and marketing background as well as experience in account solicitation/ management of at least one (1) year.
• Preferably with a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Management Commerce or equivalent
• Must willing to travel
• Highly preferred with experience in the banking/ microfinance/ lending industry...
