The Associate Creative Director brings project and artistic expertise to Aderize's campaign operations. They guide and handling a team of talented designers by providing them with creative vision while ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on spec. The Associate Creative Director also has proven communication skills and is able to provide world-class customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the on-time and on-spec delivery of ad campaigns
• Consult with clients on which Aderize products best fit their needs
• Provide creative direction to designers on campaigns and lead design efforts on major projects
• Collaborate with other Art Directors and Creative Success Managers to support high-value campaigns and balance the project workload across all teams and regions
