Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team!

At Qubika, we design, develop, and deploy custom software solutions for organizations making an impact through technology.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of backend development experience (Python or Node.js), including building scalable microservices, reliable architectures, and databases (MongoDB preferred).
• Experience implementing RAG pipelines, integrating LLMs with structured and unstructured data, working with vector databases, and designing prompt and fallback strategies.
• Proficiency with cloud environments (AWS or Azure), CI/CD, Docker, and data security practices (RBAC, user data isolation).
• Critical and collaborative mindset, with the ability to design, validate, and improve high-availability, high-performance AI systems.
