Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Management Analyst to support and oversee the execution of multifamily asset business plans following development or acquisition. This role is highly analytical and strategic, with a strong focus on financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, renovation analysis, and value‑add initiatives. The Senior Asset Management Analyst operates as an individual contributor while working closely with senior asset management leadership and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced real estate environment.
