Your New Role

As the (Senior) Asset Management Analyst, your role is designed to strengthen the financial and analytical capabilities of the team. Sitting alongside the operational lead and reporting to the VP, you will take ownership of valuation models, NOI tracking, and portfolio reporting – helping drive a more proactive, data‑driven approach to asset performance. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating business plans and valuations quarterly, providing leadership with clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities across the portfolio.
