Senior Asset Manager

We are recruiting for a senior Energy Portfolio Manager/Senior Asset Manager Solar to join an established business operating in the renewable energy and utilities management space.
This organisation is focused on optimising energy and property portfolios through advanced IoT technology, solar O&M excellence, and tailored utilities management solutions.
This is a strategic leadership role suited to a commercially astute professional who can drive portfolio performance, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure contractual excellence across a growing renewable energy portfolio.
The Role
The Energy Portfolio Manager will:
Lead and scale a high-performing Asset Management function
Own end-to-end contract execution across multiple energy contracts
Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and performance guarantees are consistently met or exceeded
Deliver portfolio-level reporting, forecasting, and performance insights
Identify performance risks and implement corrective interventions
