The Northern Land Council (NLC) is seeking an experienced Senior Asset Officer (SAO) to join our Asset and Property team. This plays a role in managing and safeguarding the NLC’s assets and property portfolio, ensuring assets are fit for purpose, compliant, and support the continuity of business operations across the organisation.
About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Asset Management Officer, as (SAO) you will coordinate day-to-day asset management activities, contribute to asset planning and reporting, support audits and revaluations, and deliver small projects within approved timeframes and budgets.
