Description

As a Senior Assistant Director of the Data, Information Technology and Systems (DIS)department, you will oversee the full spectrum of initiatives addressing KSL’sdigital, data and information technological (IT) needs.

You will lead your department in engaging relevant stakeholders to develop digital anddata-driven solutions for improving the client and employee experience under KidSTART.

Responsibilities

• Implement and periodically review KSL’s digital and data strategies, to ensure KSL is future-ready and adopts a data-driven approach to policy formulation, programme development and resource planning.
• Identify pain points identified in KSL’s service delivery and customer experience and co-create solutions with stakeholders. Where system enhancementsare required, to work with vendors and system owners to effect these ormitigate system limitations
