Job Summary:

You will assist in planning and coordinating daily clinic activities and resource utilisation to ensure efficient and effective management of the clinic.

You will assist with the supervision of Dental Assistants (DA) and Health Attendants (HA) and be responsible for the following;

Job Duties:

Clinic and Staff Management

1. Review staff submissions such as leave applications, overtime claims, transport claims and course requests for the Dental Assistants and Health Attendants
2. Inform the covering Reporting Officer (RO) when staff require engagement (e.g. check-ins, counselling).
3. Assist the covering RO in coordinating staff engagement sessions, interviews or follow-up discussions when required.
