                    Senior Associate, Account Documentation Specialist (Wealth Management Ops), CBWMO, Group COO-(2600003J)Business Function

In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
Documentation review for client onboarding and static data maintenance and transactions documents.
Liaise with different stakeholders e.g. COO, KYC, L&C, FCSS etc particularly for complex account document review cases.
Track, monitor and escalate all accounts/transactions with documentation deficiencies and exception approved for management attention and appropriate action.
