Senior Associate Brand Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead and drive end-to-end (360°) brand marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for shaping brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand storytelling across all consumer touchpoints, and translating business objectives into impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution experience, and a deep understanding of digital, social, and integrated marketing ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning
Own and evolve the overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience insights.
Lead 360° marketing campaigns covering digital, social media, content, influencers, partnerships, and on-ground activations (where applicable).
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans with clear objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
