Senior/Associate Civil Engineer (Energy)

WSP is growing our Power & Energy business, and we’re looking for a future‑focused Senior or Associate Civil Engineer to join our expanding Renewable Energy team. This national role puts you at the centre of Australia’s most complex and high‑profile energy projects, while giving you the opportunity to step into a clear leadership pathway within a rapidly scaling business. You'll lead civil design packages for wind farms, solar farms, BESS facilities, HV substations (AIS/GIS), transmission corridors and conventional generation sites. You’ll shape projects from early concepts through to IFC, coordinating closely with electrical, structural and geotechnical teams while acting as the go‑to specialist for grading, drainage, stormwater and access design.
