Senior Associate - Construction (Non-Contentious)

Service Care Legal are working with leading Legal 500 firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its established Projects, Development & Construction team. The role focuses on high-value, non-contentious construction work across regeneration, infrastructure, energy, healthcare, hotels and accommodation sector projects, advising developers, investors, funders, contractors and public bodies in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate JCT, NEC, FIDIC, EPC/EPCM and bespoke construction and development documentation.
• Advise on procurement strategy, risk allocation and project structuring from inception.
• Provide non-contentious advisory support on live project issues (payment, delay, EOT, termination, insolvency risk).
• Lead matters independently and supervise junior lawyers.
• Support client development and sector-focused BD initiatives.
