                    Mandatory Skills 
Technical Skills Strong understanding of .NET concepts  
Solid knowledge of SQL  (queries, debugging, optimization basics) 
Hands‑on experience in application issue troubleshooting  
Experience with version control tools  such as Git, Azure DevOps 
Familiarity with ticketing tools  (e.g., ServiceNow) 
Knowledge of application  debugging , log analysis, and monitoring tools 
Functional & Soft Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills  
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues  simultaneously 
Excellent problem‑solving  mindset with high attention to detail 
Customer‑centric approach with patience and empathy 
Desired Skills Exposure to CI/CD pipelines & Power BI  
Basic understanding of Azure platforms
