Senior Associate Corporate

Tasks :

1. You advise domestic and international clients on a wide array of corporate matters, including M&A transactions, group restructurings, financing operations, and venture-capital projects.
2. You act as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination between clients, counterparties, and external providers.
3. You prepare, analyse, and negotiate a variety of legal and corporate documentation, with particular focus on capacity assessments and enforceability opinions.
4. You supervise and support junior team members, contributing actively to their skills development and progression.
